With 4 bedrooms, this detached house sleeps 7. Nicosia boasts stunning sea views towards Westward Ho! Beach and Lundy Island, and has a private front & back garden with parking for 4 cars. The property is a short walk away from our park.
As you enter Nicosia on the right hand side ground floor there is a downstairs newly refurbished bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, and sink. There's also a double bedroom with sea views. On your left is the cosy living/dining room with a 50 inch flat-screen tv and 2 sofas. There's a dining table which seats 7. At the back of the living room, there is a small conservatory space with double doors opening onto the back garden, which is a sun trap in the summer! At the rear ground floor, there is a kitchen complete with all key appliances such as toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker and hob. There is also a single bedroom on the rear ground floor.
As you walk upstairs, you'll enter the upstairs hall which has a large picture window with views to Westward Ho! Beach (a view worth watching for hours!) There is a double bedroom, which like the hallway has a large window with views to Westward Ho! Beach (you can lie in bed, and see the beach...what more could you want?) Additionally, there is a twin room upstairs. There's also a WC upstairs complete with toilet and sink.
The peaceful and spacious front & back gardens are a credit to Nicosia, with both gardens boasting sea views.
This property does not allow pets.
Towels, kitchen equipment, and free Wi-Fi are all provided. (Please note; our other properties at Seafield do not provide towels or Wi-Fi).
Changeover days for Nicosia are on a Monday. We offer either bookings that are a week long (Monday check in & Monday check out). Or short breaks that are 5 nights.

The bedrooms are located at the back of the accommodation. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two have two single beds per room.
The view is of peace, relaxation, clean air, contemplation, and happiness.
