Frequently asked questions

What are the arrival and departure times?

 Our advised check-in time is from 4pm. If you are due to arrive at Seafield earlier in the day, our friendly reception team are more than happy to take your mobile number, and give you a call as soon as your accommodation is ready. If your accommodation is ready before 4pm, keys will be available to collect from reception. Check out is anytime before 10am.

What do I bring?

Please bring towels, tea towels, toiletries, and washing up utensils. All bed linen is provided in the units, and beds are made up ready for your arrival. If your accommodation has a sofa bed that you would like to use, please inform reception before you arrive, and the housekeeping team will ensure that extra linen is delivered to your accommodation before you check in.

Can I bring a pet?

Absolutely! We have an array of pet friendly accommodation. Pets must be declared upon booking to ensure our reception team or online booking system allocate you a pet friendly unit. Please note, our Royal Clovelly caravans, Deluxe Kipling Villas, Deluxe Lundy Villas, and numbers 56 and 33 Hartland are not pet friendly. We always advise guests bringing a pet to read our pet terms and conditions.

Is there parking?

There is parking for all holiday guests on our site. Some units have allocated parking, while others have nearby parking. If you require a unit with an allocated space, please call our reception team on 01237 477810 and they can assist you.

Are there mobility friendly units?

Yes, we have two units that are specially designed for those with wheelchairs or mobility scooters. They have a flat entrance, a widened doorway, allocated parking, and a larger shower. Additionally, shower stools are available, if you would like one please inform our reception team.

Is there WiFi?

We're excited to announce we have FREE WIFI across our park! Please see Reception for the password.

Do you provide highchairs and cots?

Yes, we do! If you would like a cot or highchair, please inform our reception team before you arrive. Each item has a £10 hire charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

We advise all guests to read our cancellation policy under the title ‘Conditions of Cancellation Cover’ on our
Terms and Conditions.
