Refurbished for 2023! Named after Ian Braddick’s late mother-in-law Ivy is our lovely Ivy Cottage, which is the only one of its kind on our site. Backing onto the Kipling Tors, Ivy Cottage is fitted with wall to wall windows at the front of the accommodation allowing you to take advantage of the glorious sea views.
The cottage has two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and a double sofa bed accommodating up to 10 people.
This cottage is perfect for families or large groups with a fully equipped kitchen, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, oven, gas hob, and TV. The open plan living space makes it a perfect area for families and friends to spend quality time together.
There is family bathroom with a shower and WC, there is also a second separate WC.
The cottage has a covered veranda with seating at the front of the villa, perfect for making the most of the sea views.
Ivy Cottage is perfect all year round as it's fitted with double glazing and central heating.
There is free WiFi available across the park.
Parking is available along the road in front of Ivy Cottage.
