These modern villas boast glorious sea views, a modern interior, and a large private balcony. We have designed these villas with large sliding glass doors, allowing you to step out onto your private balcony, and take in the views of Westward Ho! beach and Bideford Bay. The balconies have a picnic bench so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst making the most of the fresh sea air. The villas also have floor to ceiling windows, so views can be enjoyed indoors from the open plan living, kitchen, and dining area.
Perfect for families or large groups, as the accommodation sleeps up to 10! There are 4 bedrooms located at the rear of the villa which can sleep up to 8, and the sofa bed in the lounge can sleep an extra 2 people.
There is one bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, and an additional WC.
The kitchen comes with a gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and is fully equipped with self-catering equipment so you can show off your inner Gordon Ramsay!
Villa numbers 6 and 7 do not allow pets, but villas 3, 4, and 5 allow pets. If you book with pets you will be automatically allocated number 3, 4, or 5. If you are not bringing pets, you could be allocated any number villa. The bedrooms are located at the back of the accommodation. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two have two single beds per room.
This accommodation has central heating, so you can holiday here all year round!
If you would like to use the sofa bed, please contact our reception team before you arrive, and they will ensure that extra linen is delivered to your accommodation.
